Vanguard was founded to give organisations in Egypt and the Gulf a training partner that behaves like a consultancy: one that asks about business objectives before proposing content, and designs each programme around the teams that will use it. The company operates from Cairo as its base market, with operations managed remotely from Saudi Arabia.

Every engagement starts with discovery. We speak to the stakeholders who own the outcome, understand where performance breaks down, and only then design content, level, language and delivery format. Participants practise on real work, and outcomes are reviewed with the business afterwards.

We do not run a fixed catalogue. Programmes are assembled from seven core areas and adapted to your sector, maturity and language mix. Delivery is fully bilingual in English and Arabic, and the same programme can be run for a single department or across multiple cohorts.

In-house at client offices, at Vanguard premises, live online, or through blended formats that combine sessions with follow-up coaching. Format is a design decision, not an administrative one.
